Bungalow Renovation

A renovation of the builders own family home, including extensive changes to the layout of the existing main floor, a new deck off the north-facing living room with openable louvre roof, an addition to the master bedroom including a new ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a new basement level containing media room with bar, bathroom, laundry and garage. A new concrete driveway was excavated and retained, providing access to the basement garage. It is in effect a new house!
