About
Here at Three Pines Studio we specialize in residential new builds and renovations, ranging in size from minor additions and alterations to existing houses, to new houses and multi-unit developments.
What We Do
We offer a full architectural service including:
- Initial feasibility advice
- Concept design to developed / detailed design
- Drawings and documentation for resource and building consents
- Lodging consent applications, monitoring processing and liaising with council through to approved consents
Over the years we have also fostered excellent working relationships with an extended team of extremely competent independent consultant professionals to cover other services often required for building projects including topographic surveying, planning, structural & civil engineering, etc, as may be required for resource consent and building consent applications.
Owner & Designer
Harley Billington
Harley Billington graduated from the University of Auckland with an M.Arch(prof) architectural degree in 2010, working in a couple of architectural practices until becoming a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP Design 2) in 2018 and going out on his own, starting Three Pines Studio in 2019. He lives in Auckland with his wife and two daughters. His other loves include photography, baseball, and Japanese architecture and culture.
